This is the first podcast of many more to follow. I was so pleased that my guess agreed to be the first guest on my podcast. The podcast is a two part interview I did with Paul Northridge, who is an author, near death experiencer and co-founder of Unite Planet. I discuss with Paul his background, life and the challenges he faced being born with Spina bifida and hydrocephalus, and how he overcome his physical and mental health challenges when he was young, and later in his adulthood, which led him to write his book, along with his Unite Planet YouTube channel.
